As a community health center located in a school, we serve Beethoven Students and other children who are in need of our care. Our services include primary and urgent care by pediatricians, nurse practitioners and developmental/ behaviorial pediatricians.
We service children and teens from 0-21 years old, and our pediatricians and advanced practice nurses provide both routine physicals and sick visit care. In addition, we have on-site Developmental and Behavioral Pediatric specialty care through the University of Chicago. These specialists evaluate and treat children with Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and behavioral problems, among others.
When you choose Beethoven Student Health Center as your child’s medical home, you receive full Friend Family Health Center care and support.
However, if you wish to keep your current doctor, we can still take care of your child if he or she gets sick at school—with your written permission. We will then communicate back with your current doctor.
