Sliding Fee Scale
Friend Family Health Center provides a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. Ability to pay is determined by a patient's annual income and family size. More information on the Sliding Fee Scale
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment with one of our board-certified physicians or nurse practitioners, please contact the office you would like to visit during regular business hours. Be sure to tell our staff the nature of your health concern so we may allow ample time for your appointment.
If you would like to schedule a routine exam, such as a physical, please be sure to call several months in advance so that we can find a convenient time for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
