The Chicago Community Trust Awards Friend Family Health Center $10,000

The Chicago Community Trust has connected the generosity of donors with the needs of the community by making grants to organizations working to improve metropolitan Chicago.  On behalf of the Executive Committee of The Chicago Community Trust, we Award Friend Family Health Center $10,000!

Friend Family Health Center provides a wide range of health and social services for people of all ages and economic circumstances.  Serving the South Side of Chicago since 1997 at five locations, FFHC provides primary medical care by pediatricians, adolescent specialists, internists, obstetrics/gynecologists, family physicians, and nurse practitioners.  With this award, as a community health center, we want to continue to provide quality health care, and make a difference our patient’s lives.
